Environmental considerations are core to our mission to facilitate the transition to a carbon-neutral economy in the Caribbean by providing project development and project management services and supply quality solar power and energy storage equipment backed by best-in-class technical knowledge, after sales service and warranty support.

Caribbean nations have struggled to realize sustained economic growth historically, in large part owing to their dependence on imported fossil fuels. Costly oil imports and high electricity rates resulting from national grids that overwhelmingly rely on thermal generation using fossil fuels as feedstock, are a heavy burden for households, businesses, and governments. High energy costs increase the price of goods and deplete foreign exchange reserves, weakening local currencies and eroding purchasing power for consumers. Heavy dependence on imported energy also makes Caribbean vulnerable to external shocks associated with oil price volatility.

The environmental impact of fossil fuel consumption, including global climate change driven by anthropogenic CO2 emissions, is threatening ecosystems and livelihoods, and having an oversized impact on small island developing states, many of which are found in the Caribbean. Renewable energy solutions enable a decoupling of economic growth from fossil fuels, and, for the first time in history, present a clear and affordable path to energy independence and carbon neutrality for the Caribbean. We are also committed to providing end-of-life solutions for the technology we sell and are actively working to expand the scope of our recycling activities to include the collection and export of used Lithium iron phosphate batteries used in renewable energy systems for recycling to preserve the environmental across the region.
